Service Description
Start off by meeting at our office or getting picked up at our hotel. There you will meet your guide and make your way to your night tour location. Before the tour begins your guide will quickly go over everything you'll need to know. During your 2 hour walk through the jungle you will have the opportunity to observe many animals and species that are very rarely seen during the day including; kinkajous, 2 toed sloths, and red eyes tree frogs. Our certified guides will teach you all about the creatures encountered along the way! After your tour there will be transportation set-up to return back to your hotel.
Cancellation Policy
DEPOSIT POLICY At least a 25% deposit is required at time of the reservation (In person bookings). Online bookings, excluding surf packages, require a full payment at time of booking. AGE POLICY Must be 18+. Under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. LANGUAGE POLICY Lessons and activities available in Spanish and English. CANCELLATION POLICY If weather conditions are unfavorable causing cancellation then a rebooking or refund may be given. For bookings made 30 days before time of arrival, client has up to 24 hours to cancel your booking and get a full refund. If the reservation is cancelled after 24 hours from booking then you forfeit 50% of the total cost. For bookings made less than 30 days before time of scheduled arrival, cancellations made by client will forfeit 50% of total cost plus a $20 service fee.
